Return And Refunds
Overview
Our return policy lasts 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order. If more than 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition in which you received it
- In its original packaging
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase or an order number.
Important: The return address will be provided once your return request has been reviewed and approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days, depending on your payment provider.
If the refund is rejected, the product will be returned to you.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
If you have completed all of the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@maniwakisound.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@maniwakisound.com explaining the reason. We will provide the return address in case we consider that the item can be exchangeable.
Shipping returns
To return your product, please contact us at info@maniwakisound.com with your order details. Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with all the necessary instructions to ship the product back.
Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
